The Author: A graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, James F. Brennan completed his graduate studies at the University of California (Berkeley) where he received his Ph.D. in 1963. For the past thirty years Professor Brennan has taught at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington.
