Ana Maria Fagetan is a Senior Lecturer in Banking and Financial Regulation at the University "La Sapienza" in Rome, Italy, where she teaches post-graduate lectures and seminars on Banking and Financial Regulation. She earned her PhD  and her LLM in Banking and International Financial Law at Queen Mary University of London, UK.
