Nowadays, the distribution and protection (DAP) of plants and animals (PAA) on wetland was a hot topic all over the world. And the relationship among land, water, plants and animals was becoming more and more complex and standing out in the modern age and the importance of wetland protection was increasing rapidly. The overall design of Land and Water Management (LWM) was all based on the vegetation types, distribution, living habitats of plants and animals and local climate, soil, hydrology.
