Leadership is one of the critical input in order to create, maintain and build effective, productive and engaged employees. Transformational and Transactional Leadership styles are the well known and modern ways of leadership which highly affect the level of employees engagement. In this book, the author tried to review the level of relationship between leadership styles and employees engagement. As a conceptual frame work, the author tried to relate transactional and transformational leadership styles with dependent variable engagement (Vigor, Dedication and Absorption).
