Therefore, organization whose services and products are knowledge-intensive need to build organizational culture that significantly support knowledge management. Primarily, it is important to identify organization-wide practices that kindle or hinder knowledge management which in turn impacts on organizational effectiveness. The purpose of this research is to demystify the empirical relationship UNECA's organizational practices and knowledge management process.
