Alcines Luciano was born in Monapo, Nampula. After grade twelve, he joined the Missionaries of Africa in 2010. In 2014 he graduated from Catholic University of Malawi as a degree holder in philosophy. Thereafter he pursued his missionary adventure up to Burkina Faso French course, then he went to Mali for his missionary experience.
