As human beings, there are certain things that we cannot escape. One of them is ¿stress.¿ As long as we are alive, there will be stresses. As long as we are alive, there will be problems. The good thing is that the words ¿stress¿ and ¿problem¿ are not naturally negative words. They only become negative when we put negative meanings to them. But in themselves, they are neither negative nor positive. The word ¿stress¿ can be an important part of life. Without it, there will be no growth. The word ¿problem¿ is not the real problem. Without problems, there would be no challenge to be better persons. The real problem is how we interpret and process the stresses and problems that we experience in our day to day life.
