This book aims to demonstrate the religious life of the Moriscos in Granada, and their daily attitudes, under the campaign of forced conversion led by Cardinal Jimenez de Cisneros and the vigilance of the Spanish authorities, studying the position of the alfaquíes towards this situation. This study contains two chapters: the first chapter, talks generally about the Moors of Granada before and after the arrival of Cardinal de Cisneros, and the second chapter, tries to demonstrate the aspects of the religious life of the Moors of Granada, both in terms of attitudes towards the others, and in terms of the spiritual, finishing by studying, in a critical way, the position of the alfaqis regarding the new situation of the Moors, highlighting two famous Fatwas, which are that of Al-Wansharisi and that of Al-Maghrawi.
