The aim of this work is to identify and analyze the repression of cybercrime in positive Congolese law, in the light of Ordinance-Law no. 23/010 of March 13, 2023 on the digital code. Using the exegetical method to analyze the texts and the documentary technique to collect data, it proves that the Congolese penal code penalizes a number of computer-related offences facilitated by the new information and communication technologies. These include theft, swindling, public insults and defamation, and Ordinance-Law no. 23/010 of March 13 2023 on the digital code has significantly advanced the Congolese system of repression of cybercrime.
