Fleet Maull, Ph.D., is a mindfulness professional, educator, corrections trainer, and researcher who has been developing and delivering mindfulness-based interventions and programs in U.S. and international corrections for the past 35 years. He has trained correctional officers, other corrections professionals, probation and parole officers, law enforcement, and other public safety professionals in the U.S. and Canada for the past 11 years. Dr. Maull co-founded the Center for Mindfulness in Public Safety and developed the Mindfulness-Based Wellness & Resiliency (MBWR)® model and programs designed to enhance officer wellness and resilience while reducing health risks and occupational injuries. He is the author of Radical Responsibility: How to Move Beyond Blame, Fearlessly Live Your Highest Purpose, and Become an Unstoppable Force for Good and regularly guest lectures at universities like Harvard, Brown, Yale, Emory, and the University of Colorado. He is also a frequent presenter at national conferences in the corrections, law enforcement, psychology, social work, and mindfulness fields.
