Dr. Silke Rupprecht is Director of Research at Awaris and teaches mindfulness at the University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre. She is based in Hamburg, Germany. Michael Mackay Richards is a global economic and political research analyst and certified meditation instructor with the British School of Meditation.
