The Retirement Shift: From Work Life to the Work Optional Lifestyle is designed to help future and current retirees plan for their most successful post-work lives. This book explores topics such as determining retirement age, choices for investment portfolios, and health care coverage concerns, all with simple language and real-life analogies to assist the reader in understanding these sometimes difficult and confusing topics. To add an element of interest, "QR" codes found throughout the book that links the topic of conversation to over 1 1/2 hours of video shorts and downloadable planning tools from his company website. The author, himself a financial advisor, brings his own experiences working with retirees to assist readers in understanding the myriad topics and choices facing them as they plan for the next few decades of their lives. The addition of personal stories, and a less-formal structure of writing helps to put the reader at ease, whereas these financial and economic topics could become cumbersome with more stilted and formal writing. The Retirement Shift has done a wonderful job of easily presenting a complex economic and financial situation to a readership who will most likely not possess a higher level of these topics. The reader will finish the book feeling confident that he or she understands this new, post-retirement world in which they may soon find themselves.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
