This article analyzes infertility and its interference in married life in such a way that, associated with reproductive rights, the desire to reproduce is now worthy of judicial protection. If before a couple with problems having children either adopted or did nothing else, some time ago, with advances in medicine, it became possible to talk about Medically Assisted Reproduction.
