The author holds a Diploma in International Environmental Law of UNITAR, a Masters of Laws from Makerere University - Uganda and a Masters of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University - United Kingdom. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of the United Kingdom.
