The troubling question in this study is how do we address the problem of inequality in the society using Oruka's ethical theory that is inequality as a right's challenge. The book reveals that, Oruka's ethical theory is a universal theory that can bring about the integration of human rights in terms of their:respect; protection; enjoyment and perpetuation of the fundamental freedoms and rights across the board devoid of any sort of discrimination.
