The reason why I decided to write about the "Right to Education in the modern context" resulted from the need to discuss, in the academic environment, the true meaning and foundations of teaching and building, beyond instruction. The various theses and arguments presented here are inspired by the famous phrase of Pythagoras (570 BC to 496 BC): "Educate the children and it will not be necessary to punish men", a precept that also inspired the "Right to Education".
