Starmans Bofoe Lokangu is a Doctor of Law from the University of Kisangani. Currently Associate Professor and Vice-Dean in charge of teaching at the Faculty of Law of the same University, he is interested in health governance, tax law and business law. He is also Legal Advisor to the Société Textile de Kisangani.
