The issue of the right to health remains a major concern for all humanity in view of its fundamental nature, to the point where its implementation is closely linked to other human rights and its realization depends on the right to quality health care, nutritious food, decent and healthy housing, work, life and a healthy environment. Thus, the effectiveness of this right in the DRC is questioned, because the "good health" of everyone is becoming a utopia because of the failure of the State to create the conditions for the satisfaction of economic and social rights interdependent with the right to health; the circulation of medicines of dubious quality; the absence of laws on the manufacture and sale of medicines and the practice of traditional medicine, etc. This book is a real tool for students and professionals of law, legislators as well as political and health authorities, because the promotion of public health must interest every human being. The book suggests legislative andadministrative reforms for the successful implementation of this guaranteed fundamental right.
