Graduated and holds a Master's degree in Law from the Centro Universitário Eurípedes de Marília-SP. He has experience in university teaching, legal conciliation and pedagogical coordination. He has produced research projects in the areas of public and international law, publishing articles in national and foreign journals and exhibiting at scientific congresses.
