Dr. James Pedersen is currently the principal of South Plainfield High School in South Plainfield, New Jersey and also teaches undergraduate courses at Felician College and Essex County Community College in New Jersey. The Rise of the Millennial Parent: Parenting Yesterday and Today is based on his research and experience in the field of education over the last nineteen years.
