Based on the findings of the study, it is concluded that the academic and non-academic personnel consider the performance evaluation system as effective in the aspect of process flow, instruments, evaluators, feedback mechanism, and the utilization of results. The study supports the theory of Henderson that in order for an organization to be able to survive, prosper and achieve a competitive advantage with the rest of similar organizations, it must develop a well-designed, tailor-made and systematic performance evaluation system to match employee and organizational characteristics and qualities (Henderson, 1984).
