The Roger Hudson Guitar Method is a product of over ten years of development seasoned by successful practical use with students in both individual and class instruction. Subjective in-depth technical discussion such as - nail shape, rest/free stroke, sitting position, etc. - was intentionally left out in favor of playable musical material. The method is designed to allow flexibility for instructors with varying perspectives and pedagogical styles. Lessons are arranged by techniques and key signatures. Keys covered are C/Am, G/Em, D/Bm, A/F#m, E/C#m, F/Dm, Bb/Gm. Early introduction to modes is included. 20 pages of additional repertoire includes: Greensleeves, Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring, Simple Gifts, Canon in D, Silent Night, Gymnopedie no.1.
