One of the most important characteristics of the organizations of the third millennium is the role of information, sophistication, knowledge-based economy, and reputation increase for mind capital in organizational promotion and productivity as a competitive advantage. Therefore, management style in each sector is recommended to reflect the circumstances of present time. One existent paradigm in this respect is quantum paradigm and its seven-fold skills based on which policies for the strategies effective in training management of an organization may be made in line with organizational productivity increase. One general principal is the basis in all these skills, and that is collective computing. Accordingly, the present paper defines the organizational effectiveness pattern in organizations of the third millennium based on indicators and indices of collective computing, and training management in its new capacity as advisor to the managing director of the organization and manager of training and human resources executes the said strategies aiming at organizational productivity increase, and establishes training-friendly culture .
