Mwaghavul Development Association embarks on such projects of mutual benefits in addition to being a social network for communal living and political mobilization.The study assesses the strength of this organisation in the provision of infrastructures like roads,school, hospitals, banks etc,aimed at developing the local community. The recommendations reached as a result of the findings is that the organization have done quite well in providing education.The organisation should priorities by embarking on revenue yielding activities. The findings are relevant in explaining the need forthe utilisation of self-help development spirits more vigorously.This work is important for students interested in Nigeria community development and Local Government.
