Valsamis Mitsilegas is Professor of European Criminal Law, Director of the Criminal Justice Centre and Head of the Department of Law at Queen Mary University of London. Fabio Giuffrida is currently Ph.D. Candidate in European Criminal Law at Queen Mary University of London.
