Dr. Goh is a 68 year old Sports Medicine Physician who had been practicing for more than 30 years as a family physician. He has looked after the seniors, cardiac rehabilitation and injured patients both at his own Wellness Center in Connecticut, USA (2000 & 2001) and at the Penang Adventist Hospital in Malaysia (2002 to 2004}. He holds certification from the US as a Certified Rowing Instructor and competes regularly on the Indoor Rower. He exemplifies anti-aging personally, and even beats teenagers in regular competition (in Endurance Indoor Rowing) globally. Personally, he has participated in many marathons and has won many medals in Masters Athletics (the javelin throw, 4x100m & 4x400 relays locally and racewalking both locally and in Texas). He has also climbed a 14,000 ft mountain twice in 4 months, improving on the first climb by halving the time at the age of 65.He has been invited to lecture extensively on Exercise & Anti-Aging. Dr. Goh now lives in Penang, Malaysia, and visits many gyms in his worldwide travels. Dr. Goh is happily married to Florence for the past 43 years, and has 3 sons and 6 grandchildren living in the United States. His wife also shares his passion for Exercise and anti aging, and is the defending champion at Indoor Rowing locally 4 successive years in the Master's >50 age-group. This is a book written from the personal experience of a physician who exemplifies anti aging in his own lifestyle and quest for the eternal fountain of youth.
