The focus of the book is to investigate the role of farmer-to-farmer knowledge sharing in innovation process of dwarf Cavendish banana production technology. The study result showed that farmer s group members, neighbors, friends and DAs were the major sources of knowledge sharing among farmers about new practices for this specific variety spread. Then, the result provide information to policy makers, planners, administrators, extension organizations, and development institutions, to review their strategies and provide appropriate services to farmers in technical, organizational and institutional innovation process.
