The present study was carried out to evaluate the protective and curative effects of antioxidants sidr honey (Ziziphus spina- Christi honeybee) and vitamins A,C and E to ameliorate the adverse effects induced by penicillin and streptomycin. 1.Evaluate the adverse effects of penicillin and streptomycin on: Some physiological parameters (biochemical and hematological); Some immune parameters in plasma; Histological alteration in liver and kidney. 2.Evaluate the ability of antioxidants sidr honey, vitamin A, vitamins C, vitamins E and vitamins A, C&E in combination as co-treatments to ameliorate the adverse effects of penicillin and streptomycin. 3.Evaluate the ability of antioxidants sidr honey and vitamins A,C&E in combination as post-treatments to ameliorate the adverse effects of penicillin and streptomycin.
