The study conducted from the perspective of the impact of the human factor on economic growth highlighted many variables and features that impress certain trends of the indicators analyzed and strengthen the hypothesis that human capital is one of the essential links in ensuring sustainable economic development.

Radu Rusu ist Absolvent der "Nicolae Balcescu" Landstreitkräfte-Akademie in Sibiu, Rumänien, wo er Rechnungswesen und Management-Informatik studierte. Während seiner Studienzeit interessierte er sich besonders für Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Seine Forschungsinteressen schlugen sich in der Teilnahme an internationalen Konferenzen und nationalen Wettbewerben mit wertvollen Arbeiten nieder.
