This book entitled "The Role of Human Resources Management in Strategy Success" has been conducted in Cameroon. Cameroon is a country located in the Central Africa Region. The aim of this research was to verify if the use of human resources management information in the private and public sectors, in the process of strategic decision making has any effects on the outcome of the strategic plan. The research started with a look at the subject of business administration, an introduction to human resources management and strategic planning that are the key variables of concern. An introduction was then made on the case study Cameroon. The analysed data comes from the primary data obtained through the responses of personal interviews and questionnaires. A sample of 120 well experienced leaders in the field of strategic decision making from all the domains of functionality in Cameroon participated. It is through the sincere feedback of closed and open ended questions that information used in data analysis came. The research makes some proposals for best practices on quality human resources management information which will lead to decisions with great outcomes.
