The third chapter portraits the methods and materials used to undertake the study. The fourth chapter briefs out the major findings of the study along with discussions. The final chapter of the book covers major conclusions drawn and recommendations forwarded for the observed gaps.
Autorenporträt
Fillmon Terefe is a lecturer in Department of Management at Jimma University. Fillmon Terefe earned his MA degree in Development Studies and BA degree in Management from Mekelle University, one of the renown Universities in Ethiopia. Fillmon Terefe has been working as Graduate Assistant, Assistant Lecturer and Lecturer since September 2007.
