Where tourism contributes to closer international relations , cultural, civilization and economic relations between the various countries of the world, especially between neighboring countries, which lead to support peace, security and stability between nations, tourism contribute also to show the reality of the country and society world-wide in order to obtain gain positions and upheld the world towards political positions. The research sample studied the case of Iraq, because is very rich country in resources such as oil and gas country in addition to the cultural heritage and geographical location, but political events and wars and economic development of the country destroyed, so Iraq needs to activate the international relationship with the region and the world so that it canachieve economic development in general and the tourism sector in particular. I hope that this book will be the first step of a new methodology for economic development through international cooperation.

Dr. Nawar Al-Saadi, from Iraq, Doctorat in International Economic Sciences from the University of Bucharest, resident now in Romania, speaks three languages: Arabic, English and Romanian, published many articles scientific and academic, and have extensive experience in the development of tourism and Hotels in the field of managemen and Marketing.
