Autorenporträt
Robert Ng'ang'a is a Principal Lecturer at the Kenya School of Government Embu. His field of study is Management Science with special reference to HRM. He is an MBA-HRM graduate and pursing his Doctorate in HRM at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology. He is also an adjunt Lecturer at Moi University and Kenya Institute of Management
