Consequently, this dissertation is intended to explore how far mentoring relationship, which is affirmed as useful tool of development and becoming an attention of contemporary practices, is capable of narrowing this gap. The study also covers exploration of the extent to which mentorship is useful for ministerial effectiveness in the Church.
