Autorenporträt
Dr. Dhakal works as Professor of Public Administration at TU in Nepal. He was Visiting Professor at National Museum of Ethnology, Osaka for 2006/7. He conducted researches on governance, NGOs, and local devlopment. He has contributed various articles and served as an editor and also presents papers in different forums and conferences.
