Dr Kebede Kassa Tsegaye holds Master of Advanced International Studies in 2012, Diplomatic Academy of Vienna; PhD, Sociology in 2000, Klagenfurt University, Austria; MA, Anthropology in 1994, Poona University, India; and BA in English in 1988, Asmara University.He has taught at universities and worked in international organizations since 1988/89.
