This economic study aims to analyze the evolution of the real estate sector in the Ecuadorian economy during the period 2006-2016, through a detailed analysis which allows us to evidence the impact of the real estate industry in the macroeconomy of Ecuador and identify sectorially its development in the main cities of the country where there are indicators regarding the real estate sector.
