Today in contemporary world, human rights are one of the main concerning issues and therefore we come across with a new idea such as humanitarian intervention. Goksu Bilgin was born in November 1985 in Ankara, Turkey. She started her undergraduated studies at Hacettepe University, majoring in Political Science and Public Administration. Upon graduation, she continued her studies in the International Relations and European Union masters programme in Institut Europeen des Hautes Etudes Internationales.
