The introduction of an element of wine supply into any selective form of tourism, at least as a tasting, accompanied by wine animation, can only lead to the creation of a pleasant atmosphere for socializing and spontaneous interpersonal communication, which is of particular importance for the highest level of satisfaction of tourists, which is understood as the enthusiasm of tourists and overcoming their expectations (customer delight). At the same time, it is the most important task of not only animators, as professional experts at the academic level, but also of the management and employees of every tourist organization and destination.
Autorenporträt
Säa ¿or¿evi¿, PhD, was born in 30.01.1970 in Grdelica, municipality of Leskovac, Serbia and he currently lives in Belgrade. He serves as an assistant professor (docent) at the Belgrade based College of Academic Studies ¿Dositej¿, and is a member of the Center for Applied Research and Strategic Planning in South-East Europe.
