HIV/AIDS is both a health and development issue at a global level. It has far-reaching effects on the socio-economic life of a society. Particularly the developing countries like Ethiopia have been severely affected by HIV/AIDS. Therefore, to reduce the impacts of HIV/AIDS various segments of the community should involve in HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and support interventions. Otherwise, the agony of HIV/AIDS will be aggravated. The study on The Roles and Challenges of Community Participation in HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care and Support of PLWHAs in Dangila Town, Ethiopia reveals the practical experiences of different sectors of the community and the problems they encountered in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
