About the Author: Josip Lon¿ar was born on the 8th of January 1964 in Repä, Croatia, in the Parish of Molve. He is co-director of the Charismatic Community Dobri Pastir (The Good Shepherd) and Co-founder and Administrator of Kristofori the non-profit organisation for the promotion of Christian values. Mr. Lon¿ar is also Promotion Officer for the International Catholic Charis matic Renewal Services (ICCRS), whose centre is in the Vatican, Palazza della Cancelleria. Over the past fifteen years, he has been working holding evangelisation seminars throughout Croatia as well as abroad. His visible charism of preaching, healing and deliverance validate his argument that Jesus Christ is the only true option for man. The charismatic movement though is unthinkable without the Blessed Virgin Mary. Through his publications in The Rosary - prayer of my spirit, series, the author wishes to make his contribution to developing a greater understanding of the love which God gives us through Mary.

Josip Loncar is the head of the Institute for Promotion of Christian values, Kristofori, the director of the Kristofori Foundation, Promotion Officer for ICCRS (International Catholic Charismatic Services),the editor-in-chief of Book, a monthly magazine promoting new evangelization. So far, apart from this book, three of his books have been translated into English: "The Charism of Faith", "Rosary - prayer of my spirit", and "The Mystery of the Holy Eucharist - Deepening Our Understanding toward a more Reverent Participation at Mass". Josip Loncar has been actively involved in evangelism in Croatia and abroad for about twenty years, by holding seminars and lectures. He is well-known for the fact that he absolutely never preaches without calling on the Holy Spirit to confirm the Word through healing and miraculous signs, and God regularly confirms His Word!
