Ieva Grumbinait¿ is a researcher at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University and a research manager at PPMI (Public Policy and Management Institute) in Vilnius, Lithuania. She holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the European University Institute.
