Marcela Palomino-Schalscha is Lecturer in Geography and Development Studies at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. Manuel Prieto is Researcher at the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology (IAA) at Universidad Católica del Norte in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile.
