The purpose of The S.H.E. Guide is to inspire you to thrive. It is organized in a manner that uses wellness check-ins, personal affirmations, and journaling to continually prompt you to reflect on your unique qualities, contributions and abilities. Ultimately, the entire guidebook series is intended for women of color to establish a more meaningful life that is aligned with personal needs.
