The target of my research is to examine the sales channels of products produced and processed locally in the area at the bottom of the Matra Hills. How results typical nationwide are also typical for this area which type of direct sales is mostly used here. In former studies market mainly traditional market is prior. The second most widespread way of sales is selling from the house or on-farm. For farms of producers selling this way is typical to produce several fruits and vegetables is small plant forms and that they do not employ outside workers only members of the family work in the farm. Only a small number of primary producers are present who primarily sell in the market place because of the higher price, but there are some among them who use this form of sales because he got used to it or because of the small distance of the market place from his home. The automatic equipment is widespread which appears not the form of direct sales but are the methods of merchants. In opposition with the example of French structure the producer's shop does not appear as an own shop but as SFSC organized from above just like the local shop of the Hungarian Market Association.
