A Juicy, Thought-Provoking Political Thriller Latina-American Isabel Aragon "Tenny" Tennyson is brilliant, charismatic, and very rich... and she's president of the United States running for reelection. Her opponent is a too-handsome-to-be-true congressman who doesn't realize he's been set up to be used by an international conspiracy bent on taking control of the United States. The murderous cabal, which calls itself the Salvation Project, operates in the shadows, avoiding detection by U.S. intelligence. Originally formed to advance proposals to slow global warming, the Salvation Project evolved into a force willing to do anything to overthrow elected governments, including assassination. Control of the White House is its ultimate target. Unaware of this threat, Tenny campaigns as if she is running in a normal presidential election, her guard down and her very life dangerously exposed. The result: "Conjures positive memories of great political thrillers of the past such as Richard Condon's The Manchurian Candidate or Steven King's The Dead Zone," says Pacific Reviews. "The political thriller of the year," says Midwest Reviews. "A riveting, topical storyline that steadily builds tension and suspense," says Publisher's Weekly's BookLife. Like all of Rothstein's novels, The Salvation Project will keep you guessing and leave you thinking. The Salvation Project is Book Two in The Latina President Political Thriller trilogy.
