Patricia Treece (1938-2016) is the author of critically acclaimed books on saints and related topics, such as mysticism, healing, and supranatural phenomena. She traveled extensively to saints' shrines and archives to research her many popular titles, which include A Man for Others (about St. Maximillian Kolbe), Meet Padre Pio, and the bestselling Mornings with Therese of Lisieux. Her books have been translated into a number of languages and have received awards or other honors from Protestant and secular groups, and have been on Catholic bestseller lists--her book Meet John XXIII: Joyous Pope and Father to All winning a Catholic Press award.
