After a long career as a lorry driver, Julian's hearing loss became profoundly worse, which forced him to give up his job and livelihood. With encouragement from his family and friends, Julian took up writing children books as another form of living. He has found that by writing he can let his imagination go to places that fill him with delight and satisfaction.
