Glenn Carley's published work includes Polenta at Midnight: Tales of Gusto and Enchantment in North York (2008); short stories in Italian Canadians at Table (2011); Good Enough From Here (2020); Il Vagabondo: An Urban Opera (2021); Jimmy Crack Corn: A Novel in C Minor (2022); The Long Story of Mount Pester and The Long Story of Mount Pootzah (both 2023), co-imagineered with and illustrated by his son, Nicholas Carley; and The One about Stella: A Little Fish (2024), written with his daughter, Adriana Carley. A resident of Bolton, Ontario, Carley is retired from the position of Chief Social Worker in a Toronto-area school board. He grandparents with his wife, Mary and together they grow.
