Helen Poulos is based in Sydney Australia.She is a High Level Transformational Life Coach, Personal Trainer and a highly intuitive Soul Healer. She specialises in working with Women and Teenagers, and has created one of the most powerful communication systems in the world to work with her clients.She has always been passionate about positive mental health, especially for teenagers in the age of rampant bullying and social isolation.Helen believes that every teenager should walk in to adulthood as Assertive. Positive + Powerful (APP) beings, and to have the most basic tools to learn how to become this. She goes on to add that if teenagers don't become Assertive, Positive +Powerful from now, it will be more challenging in adult life to reclaim your inner power. How many adults after all spend countless hours unlearning everything about themselves they thought was true because they had given their power away to others over time?
