Autorenporträt
Fleeting Violet is a poet and singer-songwriter from Bluffton, South Carolina. She has been writing poems and lyrics since she was young. She draws inspiration from her time living in Northern Virginia as a young adult, her upbringing in the Low Country of South Carolina, and spending holidays in South Georgia. She has a fascination with religious studies stemming from her family lineage of German Lutheran ministers, who immigrated to the United States in the 19th century. She also pulls inspiration from mythology and ancient parables interpreting and applying them to modern struggles. Her poetry is inspired by the works of Lana Del Rey, Rupi Kuar, and Emily Dickinson.
